Tucker Carlson Slammed for Portrayal of Jan. 6 Insurrection

Several lawmakers are condemning Fox News host Tucker Carlson for his ‘alternate’ portrayal of the Jan. 6 U.S. Capitol attacks. The Capitol police chief says Carlson’s report was “filled with offensive and misleading conclusions” and that he “cherry-picked from the calmer moments” of the riot. Five capitol police officers died in the days following the attack, including Brian Sicknick. The medical examiner noted that “all that transpired” on January 6th “played a role in his condition.”
