On Wednesday, December 14th, the DEA included a section (21 CFR Part 1308) in the Federal Register changing the language in its current drug code.
In a statement from Medical Marijuana, Inc. CEO Dr. Stuart Titus, PhD, the company confirms that the new code in no way affects the Company’s products or operations.
