We cover the 20% of actions that will get you 80% of your sleep gains, and we cover the extra 80% of actions that will take your sleep from 80 to 100. These actions include things to avoid, supplements to take, tools to purchase, and behaviors to do before bed.
This knowledge comes from my significant research into sleep in the last 3 years and the successful efforts I’ve made to improve my sleep.
