2 lb of chicken wingettes (washed and dried)
½ cup Hot Sauce (infused or Frank’s Red Hot)
1 tbsp Oregano
¼ tsp Worchester sauce
🌱Canna Butter
Flour for chicken:
2 cups Flour
1 tbsp Corn Starch
1 tsp of cayenne pepper
4 eggs

Tips:
👉🏼 Keep the oil between 350-375 degrees for an even golden brown fry
👉🏼 Drying chicken wings well before adding any seasoning is vital
👉🏼 Less moisture on the chicken wing skin ensures that the wing ends up nice and crispy
👉🏼 Allow the wings to cool for about 10 minutes before adding sauce
