Fast easy method of making cannabis butter/ weed butter.
What you need:
1 oz of weed/cannabis per Pound of butter
1 cup of water per OZ of herbage
cheese cloth, for straining
1 crockpot for cooking the pot butter
1 spoon for stiring
1 Container for cool down and storage
Method:
In this video we take 2 cups of water, 2 pounds of butter, and 2 ounces of cannabis and add them to the crockpot. Then set the crockpot to low for 1.5 hours to melt and simmer. Next you will stir the mixture and place the crockpot on high for 3.5-4.0 hours, allowing it to break down. After it is allowed to break down the weed and the lipids absorb the THC amd CBD, let it cool. Simple then strain the mixture through the cheese cloth into a container, you may want a friend to help hold the cheese cloth. Once you have strained the liquid into a container you will notice the butter is floating on top and the water is separated below. If you now place the container into your fridge,the butter will harden. After the butter hardens you will be able to separate the butter from the water, without much trouble.
